Product code: Vintage Gianni Versace wool cheapest belted trench Coat
This 100% wool coat is a Gianni Versace design as the label indicates. Marked size 40. The union label under the size tag indicates it was made sometime between 1962-76. It has moth damage to the wool throughout. None are readily apparent but up close you can see the brown backing. None go all the way through. The leather covering on the buckles is worn. It has a single woven leather covered button at the top. Fleece lined pockets. Extra button sewn inside. Raglan cut sleeves with shoulder pads. Deep back vent. The lining is in very good condition. No tears or stains. There are also a few small light color stains on the front seam below the knee (last photo) more on the inside trim. Wearable as is but the fabric damage , I have learned, can be repaired. It measures 46" long. @ 21" across the top of the shoulders, 25 1/2" sleeves. The raglan cut make it hard to be precise. Laying flat seam to seam it's 24 1/2' across under the arms, 24 1/2" at the waist, 25 cheapest 1/2" at the hips.
