Game is new and sealed. Please read the following before purchasing. Please do not expect a mint seal. Please expect a realistic condition on sealed games. Please buy with expectations of opening only, not collecting for grading/mint seals, as you will not get that here. Minor or small imperfections can and may be present (such as small holes, cheapest rips, tears, bumps, scratches, etc.) We aren't well versed on grading practices and can't find every tiny imperfection in a seal to notate. Any major imperfections will be notated & pictured, but please again, expect minor/small imperfections from manufacturing/shelf/storage wear. The game is factory wrapped, please expect normal shelf wear to be present to that seal. See photos for more details. We have had a couple of buyers force fraudulent returns stating item was not as described due to tiny microscopic imperfections from manufacturing, so going forward we have to have a very strict policy regarding sealed games.
